i need help with a skin for WB6 & WB5

NEEDS TO BE FINISHED!!! uses parts of the Apogee Black wall paper, along with parts of the windows vista img19.jpg (Its a wall paper of a palm tree over some shallow water in the tropics) which i will need to get permissions for

Im calling for at least two professional skinners to help me with finishing this skin for distro with WB6 & WB5....... I want to have compatability for XP but optimized for Vista as well!
I want to keep all the looks and colors but i need someone to match the colors throughout. I need it to be a seamless and fully animated, transparency-abled, with slightly rounded edges on all windows and borders kindo of like The Next2 & 3

i Warn you its about 48-50%complete...................i will be making skins on my own but it is my first skin and wanted this one to be deployed with WB6,,however i lack the skills and time for completing it before the release of WB6

You need to get the permission first before anyone can help you.

Looks like you've already uploaded it ( It's in moderation I assume) You should have permission before doing that.

i will delete my upload as soon as it passes moderation.
also, I already asked Mormegil, the author of apogee works, if i could aquire permissions.
but as of today,, thurs. sep 13th 10:59pm, he hasnt replied. I assume he will most likely give me an answer tomorrow and if he says yes i was wondering if you would help me Night train also?.

.......this is the only skin i will be asking help for because it was meant for the release of WB6 but as we all know life,,, we cant always make time for creativity lol i got a few courses i am learning thats filling up my sched .....bottom line is::::::: i wanted to be a part of the WB6 limelight and this is my attemp to achieve it through help!just lemme know what your answer is whenever you can i guess and next time I will make sure i have dedicated time so this doesnt happen again
