Turning a DVD movie sequence into a Dream

Hello all, first post here 
I bought this french movie called Les Chevaliers du Ciel and which comes with a speacial feature, a ~20 minutes sequence featuring modern fighter jets flying around, filmed by highdef cameras onboard. It's very beautiful and calming, and comes with some sounds and music.
How would one go about making this into a Dream? It would be an incredibly huge file...but couldn't you encode it on a DVD and run the Dream file directly from your DVD player?
