SoundPackager Beta Released!

SoundPackager Beta Released!

Available for Object Desktop Subscribers

https://www.stardock.com/products/soundpackager/

Stardock released the beta of SoundPackager, a new program that brings customization of your auditory experience to Object Desktop! SoundPackager is now available for Object Desktop users as a BETA announced today.

SoundPackager makes customizing your sound experience in Windows easy, by allowing users the ability to choose from "sound packages," eliminating the need to edit each system sound assignment individually.

SoundPackager supports over 30 different system sounds and includes unique Stardock Design sound packages that will eliminate the time that is consumed by users hunting down similar sounds to assign for each event.

With SoundPackager, sound packages come as a single file, opened through SoundPackager, containing sounds that are tailored to a specific theme (such as football, space, etc.). So now, when you apply a theme, 30+ sound events for Windows are updated to your favorite theme automatically! No more searching for sounds and assigning them each individually.

If you don’t have Object Desktop, visit www.objectdesktop.com to get it. Visit the SoundPackager home page at www.soundpackager.com.

The SoundPackager gallery on WinCustomize is now up, so you can now upload your sound packs for the rest of the community.

Nice to see this prog finally make it out. But alas still cannot use it as a info box pops up telling me I need the net framework version blah, blah, blah.. It gives a link to download it and you get an error, file not found. Could you please provide your subscribers the proper place to find this so we can use this software. Thanks

alpha-prime, can you please describe what you were doing at the time the error occurred, or what action caused it? If possible, please email the sound file you were attempting to play to andrew at stardock.com.

Hi

I had installed sound packager, started it and pressed the symbol against the football package name to preview the sounds.

When I checked there were no files at all in the directory mentioned in the log file.
