Skins per Application - with Windows Classic Skin

Hi Guys!
Is it possible to apply the windows classic skin (the grey one with the blue title bar) on only one application. in the per application settings i can select all sinks for one application except windows classic. very close to it is the "disable" skin but it is only grey without the blue titlebars. does anyone knows how to import the windows classic skin the in per application settings list?
