MyColors bug

hello, i recently got the MyColors Colorado Avalanche Desktop and its supposed to look like this

but its not for me, i have the latest video card drivers so thats not the problem and my pc is not old so its not that, an someone help me, my version looks like this

the taskbar and the start menu isn't right... and when i click the shutdown, its the XP colors not the Colorado Avalanche ones...

please someone help me
