Problem with purchase of Special offer.

So i decided to go for it.
so i paid for it and went through it all etc.
then it came to downloading the game....

firstly i had to drudge around this site till i found an article which says i've got to downlaod stardock central to be able to download the game, so i did.

I then went to the games area within it and went to download GlCivII & Dreadlords.
but alas, Central thinks i havn't purchased Deadlords.
(which i have with the above offer).

I can't any where a "send to this email adress for support" so im posting on the forums.

Whats up with this?

AFAIK there should be a note about using SDC, and a link to download it, in the email you receive after making a purchase.

well stardock is slow in replies =/
tried looking into it all byu myself.

Email says i should DL SDC (which i did_ then i should enter above serial to be able to DL the game but this is all i see:

is it just me or SHOULD there be a serial there?
which i then put into SDC so i CAN DL the game ive PAID for?

I think i've solved it.
SDC is using Billing details rather then account details. -.-

It's a holiday weekend (the office is closed on regular weekends anyway, bur Monday is a US holiday as well), so unfortunately support won't be able to get back to you until Tuesday at the earliest. But you certainly shouldn't expect a reply within half an hour aside from the automated acknowledgement, even during office hours.

In any case, you do need to log in to SDC using an SD.net account (forum account), which while separate from any account you may have created on the store site, (for security) should use the same email address. You should have gotten a DL serial which you can register in SDC's Tools menu->Register Products once you've gotten logged in on SDC.

If you didn't get a serial for DA, then you'll need to wait for support to get back with you on that, unfortunately.
