windowblinds/alienGUIse help

i have installed windowblinds free version and alienGUIse but when i go and select a theme and apply it, it instead switches to the windows classic theme but with all of the alienGUIse icons. how do i fix this?

where did you get AlienGuise from? The Alienguise has it's own programs with it (licensed OEM versions from Stardock) so you don't need WB etc installed. If you try applying AlienGuise with an expired trial version of WB, I don't think it will work.

Try uninstalling the trial WB.

i got alienGUIse off the aliemware site http://www.alienware.com/intro_pages/invader.aspx i unistaled WB but now it keeps asking me to install it when i go into the theme manager for alienguise.

try uninstalling AG, then reinstalling (you got the full download yes?)

When I first downloaded AG, I already had the full ObjectDesktop - so it asked me if I wanted Stardocks Thememgr to take control - you can get a conflict if both take control and it seems to me if you let stardock's thememgr take control, it's gonna use whichever apps from stardock are installed, not the ones from AG
