what crime did sen. Craig commit.

i mean i know if the officer is right. sen. Craig made a pass at him in a bathroom. but when was it a crime to make a pass at someone.

understand i am anti-gay but i would like to know what crime he actually committed. and i am not talking about the one he pleaded guilty to. because the more i hear the more i think the officer is acting like someone who was turned down.

He was charged with disorderly conduct.

as i said sounds more like he turned the officer down. or ignored him. or didn't get what the officer wanted.
