Icon Developer glitch

I'm getting a warning message each time I start Icon Developer on Vista Home Premium :

If I click ok ID opens but I just wondered what the error is.
I tried re-installing but to no avail.
Thanks in advance for any advice.

ps I don't get the error if I run ID directly from SDC.,just from my start menu or OD shortcuts.

Oh well,seems like IconDeveloper isn't so popular after all.  
I was hoping someone might be able to offer some advice as I can't fix this error and it seems to be stopping ID from functioning correctly.
Uninstalling now,what a shame.

No probs Quentin.  
I'm not sure what to do.I've had to uninstall ID as I don't seem to be able to use it without getting this error.It is ok for vista isn't it?

Hmm I just read in another thread that ID is not vista compatible yet so that must be the reason for the glitch.

Bobby...this and Iconpackager have been a pain since the day I bought them...years ago...I have no idea why these 2 apps...IconDeveloper & IconPackager haven't been fixed like everything else usually is.

Oh great,so am I just supposed to add them to the list of SD apps I own which don't work properly?
I dunno if anyone from SD reads these posts but I am getting fed up with having to be almost apologetic when reporting problems with products I paid good money for.
It was like trying to get blood out of a stone to get a dev. to comment on the BSOD problem myself and some others are having with windowblinds (both beta and none beta)and had reported in another thread.I am still unable to use media centre and it's remote control on my new pc.  
I had started to make icons to upload here and was really starting to enjoy it as a hobby but to be honest I just can't be bothered with the hassle anymore.
Last try,is IconDeveloper compatible or not with vista?If not,when?I really have no problem with waiting for compatibility but just want some assurance as to when.
PS at present the only SD software that will work on my pc without some form of problem is Tweak Vista,LogonStudio Vista and to a fashion IconPackager.
Value for money?? nah!
