Windows Blind and photoshop

first of all, i'm italian, and my grammar can't be the greatest.
now, i'm using windows blind 4, i changed different versions of photoshop (cs, cs2, cs3) and I've got the same problem: when i click on the simple menus (like File, View, Modify,...) it appear the box but not words, and is impossible for me to use this!
i changed also skins, but the problem remains. can somebody help me?
