Idea: Mobile Starbases

I think once you reasearch a more powerful drive system such as warp or transw- wait I don't want to be sued, "Hyperwarp" (yeah that's it) but back to topic. You could reasearch this and then build a large Engine System on your shiny new starbase! But keep in mind that it's still no racing ship. It would have to be very slow and expensive. moving about 1 parsec every 2 weeks or someting like that. Tell me what you think.
