Unable to connect to more than 1 system

I'm unable to connect to more than one systems at a time.
When I try and configure the system to my left, the one on the right changes to NONE.
Same applies to the right.. I set it, and the left systems goes to NONE.
I have the standard version of Multiplicity 1.2, and if I read it correctly, I SHOULD be able to control 2 Secondary systems. One on the left AND one on the right of the Primary system.

Some screen shots for your viewing pleasure...

I should be able to configure a left AND a right system correct?

Does anybody from Stardock look at this forum?!?

I expect a response considering I PAID for this crap that doesn't work as advertised.

This is a community support forum sponsored and hosted by Stardock.  Tech support and development often come here but this is not the primary means of communicating with them.  No response usually means no other community members have had your problem before.

For formal support email [email protected]
They'll create a case/ticket/problem report and take a look.  If you don't get an autoreply check your spam filter and maybe head over to https://www.stardock.helpserve.com/ and submit there.

Did that too... still waiting.
I've found the registry entries where these settings are stored and it looks pretty straight forward.
But even when modifying these settings manually, it still kicks it back to one system.
Very frustrating.

Um, you need Multiplicity Pro to control two machines on top of the server machine. The website isn't clear and the screenshot showing left and right with server (but not labeled as pro only) is definitely confusing.

The good news is that's the software and setup I have and it works GREAT. The cut and paste feature was worth the price as far as I am concerned.

There was a recent discount for OD subscribers (came out a few weeks after I purchased, doh!).

Thanks for the link.
I see now... very misleading indeed.
This is not explained at all on the actual product page.
Now I need to figure out if I can upgrade to Pro.
