application background coloring?

Hey there.. kind of new here..
Have a question.. I currently have "My Matrix 2" Windowsblinds theme running. However, I'm curious if you can change the background coloration/text color of individual apps/windows?
The theme sets the background to almost black and the text to green.. "ala matrix monochrome".. which is cool for some things.. but outlook, word, excel gets kind of messy that way.
Is there a way to disable background/text coloration per application? My assumption is that windowsblinds changes the windows "theme" (see desktop properties, appearance).. and as such, this change is global and cannot be controlled per application from this applet (windowsblinds).
Yes, I have already assigned "per application" permissions to iexplore, outlook.exe, etc.. however, that just controls the "Shell" of the window or application. The background/text coloration within the app seems to be controlled via windows themes (from which is controlled by windowsblinds).
Confused yet?
Gee, hope not.. anyway.. hope someone can help.. the only other option is to find a different theme.. which would suck because I really love the titlebars and such for "my matrix 2"
Is it possible to assign different themes to different parts of the windows? IE: use "my matrix 2" windowsblind theme applied to titlebars, taskbar, etc.. and some other windowsblind to do the "theme" coloration of windows?
Thanks!
