windowblinds Not working at all.

I installed windowblinds on my laptop and i get the error

WindowBlinds needs a reboot
This machine MUST be rebooted after installing this version of WB5.

If you have rebooted and still get this message, you may need to
disable registry protection / anti spyware apps you have and
reinstall WindowBlinds as they may be incorrectly preventing the
install.
"As an alternative, you can press the 'Use additional process'

I installed twice, rebooted about 5 times, and tried the use additional process button, nothing works.

It says it might be a security issue so, heres a list of the security software i use.
AVG Free anti virus
Sygate personal firewall
Ad-aware SE personal (free version)

My system is a dell latitude D600
Windows XP SP 2
Pentium M 2Ghz
1GB RAM
Mobility Radeon 9000, 32MB.
DirectX 9.0c

Any other info required just ask, help is greatly appriciated...I miss windowblinds
