Idiotic D.C. judge continues to press 'pants' suit

In the words of Bugs Bunny: What a maroon!

See news here: Judge continues to press ridiculous pant suit

Summarized as: idiotic wanna be judge Roy Pearson is continuing to make a mockery of the legal system, continuing to establish why loser pays should be the norm in our legal system, and continuing to show just what a -male donkey- he is.

It's not bad enough that he already pretty much tried to bankrupt the poor Korean immigrants that ran the dry cleaners that he originally sued (and lost that case against). Apparently he has to be cut down by the appeals court because he can't read the tea leaves and doesn't understand just how much rope and leeway he was already very generously granted by the earlier case judge who should have simply laughed his rump right outta the court room.

He really needs to be taken aside and counseled on just what a fool he is making himself out to be. About the only person I know that could even give this guy a run for the money is the Clueless Old Liberal here at JoeUser.com and that really is saying something about both individuals!

The saddest part of this is that Chungs, the immigrants that run/ran the cleaners this fool sued, and their lawyer and representatives pretty much literally *begged* this clown to just drop the issue and yet here he is back again.

I am suspicious of the idea that he's doing this now just so he can continue to draw a judges salary since D.C. hasn't been able to either drop his status as a judge or make that status permanent while he has had a suit pending in the court system there.  Because of that, and on that technicality, he has been able to continue to get paid as an administrative judge even though he is is limbo and not permitted to actually do that job.

Chances of him actually continuing in that job are virtually nil since he has embarrased the legal system with his pursuit of this case, and yet he keeps going, and going, and going (like a screwed up energizer bunny, or, as noted above, like the Clueless Old Liberal here at JU).

It is a darned shame that thus far the Chungs haven't been able to sue this clown for about $100 million in intentional infliction of emotional distress.  Perhaps they will eventually, and if so, I hope they, unlike the Goldmans in their suit against OJ, are able to collect.  Even if they have to collect by turning Pearson into their own personal George Jefferson, manager of the local dry cleaners (who would have to work for the Chungs for free for about 20 years!)
