Problem with start menu

Here is my good menu:
ftp://24.184.37.116/start1.jpg
and here is my bad menu:
ftp://24.184.37.116/start2.jpg
If they don't display in IE, go to page - display as web site.
Any help appreciated

Note: I just tried this program, and I am very impressed. I will buy it if I can resolve this issue, I don't have time to fiddle with this constantly. There must be some setting that will save the good menu?
