WindowBlinds will not load at Windows XP pro startup

I have an app called Quick Start that is one of 431 different startup managers. Works great, even says that WindowBlinds 5 is listed to load with Windows. But it doen't and I can't find anywhere in WindowBlinds to tell it to load with Windows on every startup.

What am I missing.... also, I would like to control the sequence of Windows XP startup itmes so that WindowBlinds starts first in the boot sequence.

WB should load automatically if a skin other than default is chosen

open WB, click 'view my system information on the left, and copy/paste to here all the info that shows up
