Weather Docklet is always wrong

Greetings All.
The temperature and sometimes the icon very often do not match what's at the accuweather site.
For example when I started my computer this morning the temp on the dock and at accuweather were both 72F. Now the temp has risen to 75F and the docklet still shows 72F. I tried doing and Update but that never changes anything.
I thought maybe the interval for updating was quite long (btw, what is the interval) and that doing an Update would refresh the data, but no go.
I even removed the docklet and re-added it and the temp still says 72F when the web site says 75F.
The flyouts seem to be correct.
Is this a known problem and if so will it be corrected? At the moment I am using XML weather which uses The Weather Channel to get the info which is always right on.
