Digital Download + CD option? Where?

The Pre-Order FAQ mentions a Digital Download + CD option of pre-ordering, however I cannot find this option anywhere on TotalGaming.net. I would appreciate if anyone could help me find it. I pre-ordered Dark Avatar this way, and it is nice having the physical CD of the game.

not much on the tutorials, but a small galaxy game will sure get your bearings before getting into something bigger!
