can't add software icon to objectdock

Hi there
I install objectdock 1.9. But I can't drag my software's icon int objectdock.
When I drag my software to dock, it shows a forbidden image.
I just can use ADD\NEW SHORTCUT to add one, and it will appear to end of dock.
I can't move the new shortcut to other position.
But in older version, these are available.
Does anyone knows how to solve this problem?

Right click on a blank space on the dock > view > lock icon dragging (that's for OD+). For the free version it's pretty much the same, in the right click menu somewhere.

Bleh, too slow.
