WindowBlinds working on 2 Accounts but not all 3

WindowBlinds is working on my wife's account and my son's account on my computer but it is not working on mine. Their tasks bars, start menus, etc all get skinned but mine either always go to classic or winxp styles.

Would anyone have an idea where I need to start looking to find a solution?
