Windows Blinds isn't working!! Help Please!!

So I just installed Windows Blinds for the first time EVER and it's not working
Everytime I try and change the skin it goes back to Windows Classic!
The only one that is loading is the Windows XP theme and the Classic theme, I don't want that
Any help?
I read that I should post this so here we go...
Windows XP
Build 2600.xp.sp_sp2_gdr.070227-2254
WindowBlinds version : WindowBlinds 5 (5.5 (build 92 x86))
WindowBlinds is installed correctly on this PC
WindowBlinds appears to be activated on this PC
Your machine supports per pixel borders on WindowBlinds skins.
(Plug and Play Monitor) 1 is attached to Mobile Intel(R) 915GM/GMS,910GML Express Chipset Family
