I was being good today, went to the gym, breakfast was more of a light snack...

But it's not a good day, so I'm overindulging and finding comfort in food (and probably bourbon).

Ah, well. Tomorrow might be bad for food, too, since I'm pulling nearly 12 hours at a rifle range.

I imagine I'll check in on Thursday (graduation day).
