[Ability25] Creativity

Hi,

What exactly does the Creativty ability do? It is very vaguely worded, and I haven't played the game enough to notice ANY effect from this racial ability.

Creativity gives you a chance at spontaneously finishing research projects early.

From the text I started wondering if you could get some techs not available to non-creative races; but this makes more sense.

Thanks dr, I was obviously misled somewhat by one of the other numerous thread on the subject of creativity(there's been a few). I did see a debug posted once and it had something every so often in reference to RP being given every now and then, but it often(always) seemed to be an insignficant amount.

Hi!
What exactly does the Creativty ability do?

A bit of free tech points here and there. From my observations not worth the one point that it costs. Better use that point in research ability for 5% more TPs EVERY turn.
