cant open IE with windowblinds

Whenvever i'm running windowblinds, i cant open IE 7, like when i try and open it, it just freezes and does nothing, so each time i need do an update i have to unload windowblinds update from IE then reload windowblinds. Why is this?

Open the WindowBlinds Configuration screen and click on View my system information.  Copy/paste that info here.

it wasn't Stardock or download.com
