window blinds not displaying

I just got W.B. enhanced version and whenever I try to apply a skin it brings up the "please wait" box and then it doesnt show up. But when i look at my display properties, it says that its up. Im not really sure on how to go about fixing it. If i need ti give more info I can try to

Open WB.
On the left, click on "Show my system information"
Paste it here.

Did you download via Stardock Central?

thats the system info....could it be because i have dual monitors?

The dual monitors shouldn't be a problem.
The first thing I'd do is upgrade to 5.51 through SDC.  Then repost your system info again.  We can go from there.
