About cheat code........

When I activate ctrl+P, planet level number was increased but, only number does.. tiles are still unusable.. is this bug? or did I pushed wrong?

I don't play any of the cheats myself, but, judging by what happens when you assign the Planet Quality ability to a custom race, try planting a colony / playing a turn. I think its likely the planet will then update to match the new PQ number.

If you got your codes from a good source they list ctrl-P saying it will only increase the shown number, but it will not add tiles to the planet. Apparently an unactivated cheat by programming, or they didn't set it up right in the programming!? That's why I never use it myself.

The amount of usable tiles do increase along with the pq number when you use ctrl+p prior to colonizing a planet. You can in essence increase any planet to max PQ36 with 36 usable tiles, even the PQzero ones, if you use ctrl+p before colonizing it.
This works for DL btw, don't know if it applies to DA as well. Just try it.
