Lots of help needed

I've had nothing but problems with ObjectDock.  I've also had no help, posting in the move-visible Docks forum.

1) dragging things from the quick-launch bar to a tabbed dock sometimes works, more often doesn't do anything.  Doing it manually via "create new shortcut" crashes OD+.    Original report at this posting.

2) on that machine, it crashes rather than letting me configure it.  So, I can't use it!  I tried using the troubleshooting options to turn off everything I can.  I emailed in a couple dump files it created.

Would somebody please help?

Lets see if I get it right.
You want to have that program from your quick-launch on your Tab Dock.

If so, this is what I figured out some times when putting a short cut from the Desktop or the quick-launch onto the Tab Dock. dose not work, in this case you have to locate the program where it was in stalled.

after putting a short cut onto Tab dock

RIGHT click it
click on Dock Entry Properties (a pop up window opens)
Click on the Browse button. (a new pop up window opens)
click on the drop down Button (located at the top of the new opened window(LOOK IN)
click on Local Disk (C:) (your Hard Drive the one that has the programs installed on it) (NOTE:(C:) may be a different letter on your computer)
Now Click on the Folder (Program Files)
Now Click on the Folder that is the NAME of the Program you are looking for
inside this folder look for the File with (.exe or .EXE) [EXAMPLE Acrobat.exe]
Move your Mouse over it to High light it
then Click ok or Open.
Now your back into Dock Entry Properties Click OK it will close.
Now Test to see if it is working, click on the NEW SHORT CUT you added to Tab Dock the program should Open.

now if you want or need more do the same.

Hope this is some Help.
