Maximum activations reached

Hey guys,
It seems like this seems to be the popular thing going around, but I've recently been hit with a virus and had to format/reinstall xp a few times to finally get everything up and running properly, and now I'm getting hit with the "maximum activations reached" error. I was wondering if I could get it reset if it wouldn't be too much trouble. Thanks for all the support guys!
