Icon Package Wont Install

from WinCustomize Forums
i can download the icon package fine, but when i go to install it, a window comes up and tells me it is not a win32 program and it wont install. an icon package is all i need to finalize my desktop so i really need some help. havent had any problems with the other stardock programs so this is really gettin on my nerves. any help is greatly appreciated. thank you

have downloaded it through SDC or standalone full release or a damo version?

It looks like a corrupted download, I suggest you to redownload the IP

if you don't have IconPackager the program installed - the icon package won't work
