Is it possible to order by rating?

I can order skins, wallpapers etc. by what seems like everything under the sun... except the star rating. Am I missing something? Seems like that would be one of the most useful things to rate by.

If you click on the Sort by Last Updated, Skin Rating is the last option.

In the Sort by drop down I see Skin Rating as the last choice.
