Utah Before El Paso
I got the snow broom and truck unloaded and then head North for the little town of Logan, UT. I am supposed to be picking up some signs outside of this town tomorrow morning and have to deliver them first thing Thursday morning in El Paso. At least I'll get some rest tonight before beating feet to the South.
The antelope were plentiful along the interstate as I drove through WY. No problems with their populations. It's a rugged, pretty country but I am not sure I'd want to live there in the Winter. Brrrrrr.
Utah is a pretty state. Very rugged and some beautiful painted canyons and mountains that just suddenly shoot straight up from the ground. For the most part the roads follow the canyons and passes through the mountains. Most of the time you're either going up, down, and/or around a curve.
Trying to shoot pictures or video while driving these roads in a big rig would be an exercise in stupidity and would almost certainly result in the changing of the rig's shape in some manner or other. Hopefully I'll get a chance to stop and shoot some nice pics of the canyons while I am heading South tomorrow.
For now I am going to get some much needed rest.
