discounted rates for subscribers

I just want all to know that I have written sales@stardock 5 times now, with no response from them, about the fact that I bought a suite and did not get my usual discount for being a subscriber. I don't really care about the (give or take $2 discount) what concerns me is their lack of response. It is a joke, and one that I don't find all that funny. The people selling their themes and suites will lose sales over this kind of thing. I for one am seriously considering stopping. I am finding more and more that I don't like the way stardock treats me, as if I am unimportant. Just pissed...Jim Dillard
