Can somebody please tell me how to increase my logistics so I might have bigger fleets???
I'm tired of getting wooped by 30-40 pirates at a time!!!! I've got the technology, I just don't have the numbers????

It is meant to be that way to make them hard to beat.

They have much better logistics and probably much better miniturization than a player will ever have,,, unless you mod your game of course!
