Can someone help me?

Can't post my scores to the metaverse.

Hey everyone.
I need some help. Seriously.

I can't post any of my game scores to the metaverse.
I play the whole "level" and at the end (when it asks you if you want to post your game) I hit yes and it says that there's a problem and it can't do it.

Can someone help me in my time of peril?

P.S. - I didn't touch anything in the metaversedata file.

When it happens, please write down the error message and most importantly, the code number it gives for the error, and post it here.

OK. The message is pretty simple, "The results of this metaverse game could not be posted.

The code number was/is 7.

Support has some others with the same error, so if you open a ticket by emailing [email protected] (you should get an autoresponse right away), they should be able to let you know once they get a solution.

Yes, just email [email protected] (doing so opens a support ticket in the support system).

This has worked for several people now;

Re-register your game(s) in SDC with the original serial numbers you had, not those tht may come when you request SDC to 'remind' you.
Those serial numbers are different than your original ones, and they work in SDC but may cause this issue in the Metaverse.
If you don't have your original serial numbers, e-mail us at [email protected] and ask us to copy & paste your numbers from your Stardock.net account.

You should then re-paste the serials into your Metaverse character account, even if you see the same number appearing, paste it anyway. This step was necessary for one person.
