nevermind I found it, but I do have another dumb question, on the option to order the download+CD the cost says 44.95 + S/H, what does the S/H stand for?

It stands for shipping and handling Everyone usually has to pay for it if you buy things online.

S/H stands for Salvation and Hope , as in IC/SD being our boredom Savior, and Hope that the game kicks ass!

or... it could mean shipping and handling...

Shipping is $5 in the US, and $10 international.

If you ordered normally (not with TGN tokens), you can contact [email protected] about the possibility of paying the shipping fee and getting your order upgraded.

I talked to sales, and there's no official policy at the moment, but the general idea is:

- TGN orders *might* be able to get a box shipped, but you'll have to pay normally, not via tokens, if so.

- If you ordered normally and you haven't been charged yet, you can contact [email protected] and just have them change your order.

- If you ordered normally and have been charged--if you were in beta 1, basically--(if TGN buyers are allowed to get a box it would be this way), then you will need to wait until release, then you can contact [email protected] and ask about getting a box. In this case there may be a small media fee in addition to shipping to cover the cost of the box, since you didn't initially order one.

This is not at all authoritative, so to be sure I'd contact sales directly or wait until they bang out an official policy and post it.
