Troubleshooting Windowblinds 5.5 Installation, Something to do with administrator rights??

I'm trying to install Windowblinds 5.5 Enhanced Version on my Windows XP PC, and when the installation reaches 95% or so, I get this error message :

You do not have access to make the required system configuration modifications. Please rerun the installation from an admninistrators account.

I am logged on from an administrators account, and it doesn't work, and I even tried installing from other accounts, and the same problem. Though I had the same version installed before, but for some reason I had to uninstall it, and when I tried to reinstall it I got this problem here.

If someone can please help me here, and thank you in advance

via regular download and install or via SDC Browser?

It's regular download, I've downloaded the application, and installed it.

if it's a paid version - try heading over to the Stardock Central(SDC) page and downloading SDC. register your app(s) in SDC and use it to download and install.
