Question about customization in ObjectDock

So I have been using this and noticed that I can use images for each thing that is in the ObjectDock, but I have so much up there that I am running out of space to put things in there.

My question: When I look at the weather forecast, I noticed that it shot down the 5 day forecast as well. I wondered if there was a way to find or make a customization within the ObjectDock to have like a root folder that when you mouse over it in the OD, it shows a root folder like "Work" or "Personal" and then under that, it branches out a dock that goes under that and if I don't need it, or I click that object again, the sub directory for "Work" goes away?

Customized flyout menus are supported in OD+
You can create a fly-out that has "real" windows folders in it with whatever shortcuts you want.

Is that what you mean?

This is an example of a fly-out menu as Zubaz was explaining.

And once you make a tabbed dock you can have tons of icons in there for programs!
