250 instead of 1000 colony ships

I have updated my game this week-end. Now I can only put in 250 colonist in my ships.

Is that part of the new patch?

Is there a patch log somewhere I can read to see what the changes were?

And finally is there a way to put more colonist in a ship?

The colony modules hold less, but you can now design a ship with multiple modules, so the total capacity of the ship is higher.

Hi!

Please note the complete change log is NOT complete. The 250M pop nerf of colony module is not mentioned, as aren't several other changes.
