I purchased 3 licenses for ND as well as 3 for windows blinds (so I am not cheating the company).
I installed WB and ND on first computer with absolutely zero problems. I went to my second computer to install and I didn't have any problems installing (both use Outpost firewall and AVG for antivirus).
The second computer will not connect to any network to perform the changing location/weather update, etc.
I tried reinstalling tonight with the firewall and antivirus disabled and rebooting with them disabled to ensure a clean connection to the internet (via wireless).
When I get to the map option to select location, it says : LOADING in all three blanks (state, country, and the third which has SELECT STATE OR COUNTRY FIRST in the blank.) It never gets beyond that point.
The only difference between the systems is the first computer is wired to the internet and the second is wireless. After this problem, I installed the third licensed copies on another of my wireless systems with the same firewall and antivirus programs running and it connected immediately and had no problems.
All three computes are Dell. Any ideas what is preventing the second system from connecting? I checked and there are no packets incoming or outgoing (not sure if there are supposed to be) and the firewall does not show the program as attempting to pass through.
