Buying a license of WindowBlinds 5.5

I think I want to buy a license of WindowBlinds 5.5, and I'm looking to use it on Vista.

If I do buy a license now, do I get WindowBlinds 6.0 (which is meant to be more optimised for Vista(?)) upgrade for free or will I have to pay a fee?
