Regarding the message...that's exactly how you'll get some help. Stardock couldn't possibly be busy, I mean, you are their only customer. This has the tone of a five year old. Act your age for christ's sake.

if you stop acting like a spoilt child and address the issue with some semblence of adult behaviour you may find you will get further, email stardock support and ask them for help. you wont get any from these forums with an attitude like that

Do you feel better now? Have you go it all out of your system. Good now try stating just what it is that you want RE-Activated. Of course we both know you have to paid every year for Object Desktop.(Every year starting from the first time you bought it) You have paid for it this year right? Or maybe it's a subscription your talking about? Yes you have to pay for it either every 1 or 2 years depending on the subscription you bought.

How can I get an activacation? Hawaii?

Well the first activacation I always do is put on the suit, get out the beach chair, put on the shaaaades, smile for the public, rub on the sun block, eyeball the beach flora, remember my age, look at my six pack of belly rolls, sigh, put on some more sun block and take a nap!

maluk44, people can get a little irate when things don't go as planned so I will give you the benefit of the doubt & say that your attitude is not a regular reaction from you.

When you have calmed down, check out this info as quoted from the help page of this website:

"If you have any problems with your order or receive an error from our store that is unclear, contact [email protected] rather than placing duplicate orders. Include any error message you received and the email address you provided with your order, along with the order date to assist us in looking up any transaction attempt. Be sure that your browser is set to save cookies.

You may not have a webstore login account even if you've purchased from us previously. If you do not have an account, or can't remember your account information, proceed as a new customer. Any discounts or renewal rates applicable will still be applied. The webstore login will only recall your address information, it will not recall your credit card information from previous orders. Your webstore account applies only to the Stardock webstore. This is separate from your Stardock.net account or any of your product registrations."

In any event, contact [email protected], hang tight, they will respond to your email, I ran into a similar snafu with them, it took a day to get it fixed and I've been working great with the object desktop suite ever since.

Just remember - You catch more bees with honey than with vinegar.
Be patient, all good things come to those who wait.

I needed to get my ObjectDock activation threshold reset a few days ago after formatting my hard drive and re-installing all my Stardock stuff.
I sent a simple mail explaining the situation to support@stardock and within 24 hours I had a reply from Mike(Millksama) to let me know that it had been reset and I could proceed with using OD again, which I duly did.
Now that is great service if you ask me.No fuss,no shouting,no caps lock...just great service.

I ran into the reactivation issue with Windowblinds. I had to wait a few days but they sorted it out. Surely theres something else this 5 year old can do in the mean time without complaining

Stardock Service = 999% satisfaction
