windows blinds is not changeing the skin

when i try to change the skin the please wait box comes up then when it goes my task bar and menu and so on goes to the windows classic skin,tried all the skins and its the same except when i choose to go back to windows xp,that one works no problems can anyone help, here is my system info

WindowBlinds is installed correctly on this PC

This is not the most current version. I would first try installing the latest version via Stardock Central and see if your still having issues.

im having same problem.. its something from UAC- enable it... i dont know what that is or how 2 do.. if u know... please tell me

Hey KHALED_2016, this is a XP install of WindowBlinds, UAC is Vista only. If you do not have Vista, start your own thread with as much info as you can give and with the system info from WB config.
