Mouse Activation Screwed up

My Object Dock Plus has been working for a long time, but all of a sudden the mouse activation got screwed up some how. What is happening is when I go over the top left of my screen, way below the dock, the dock gets selected, as if I am going over the dock, but I am quite a ways below it. It only happens on the top left of the dock, and it's so annoying because I can't select any icons that are remotely close to the dock, since anytime I move my cursor close to the top left of the dock, it selects the dock. Any suggestions?

The only thing i can think of (not sure if it's the same for just a std dock as i don't use them and not tabbed) is that the left side of screen has'nt been deselected as a hot spot for tabbed dock,basicly moving the mouse to the hot spot will activate the dock,is that any help or way off base..lol.. you can find HOT SPOT in tabbed settings

What happens if you try clearing, then applying, then resetting the hotspot settings?
