IE toolbar Icons

I Still cant figure out how to change the forward and back button icons in the windows toolbar, could someone out there please give me step by step intructions, Im lost. thanks

What OS are you using? If it's Vista, you can't change them yet.

You cant skin those.. One reason i still use IE6.. one of many.
