I'm guessing there's a bit of a fight over where the right Rev. Jerry Falwell ends up as the Devil and God are left arguing over who has to take him. ;)

He was a disgusting man.

I don't believe in a heaven or a hell, but I don't think there's any question where he'd go if they did exist.

I really don't like to speak ill of the dead, but he was such a pompous windbag and was 'holier than thou' about pushing his beliefs upon others that I expect he very well may be cookin' right about now.

i don't think i agreed with Jerry Falwell ever (as far as i can remmember) but his fate is not for me to judge.

like i've written before, sometimes you step away from politics.

but for now, thoughts and prayers for him and his family, whom i'm sure are grieving.

I do sympathize with his family, and actually grudgingly admit that he tried to do what he thought was right, but....

I should add, by the way, that I expect God is gonna lose the argument on having to take in brother Falwell.  After all, the Devil has all of the lawyers down there with him
