Registering this game is hell

Kay, Ive owned the game for some time now, and I never updated until now, since I wanted the new patch for DA(for Vista issues.) Now, I registered strough SDC, and it registered fine. I patched the gold edition, and it downloaded and installed just fine, and right at the end, it told me "Wrong serial number..blah blah..", however the game was patched fine, and it asked me for my serial when I started up the game again. I typed it in, and it worked fine. Then I went to this site, to dl the collectors edition, and it said "wrong serial" no matter how many times I put it in. Then I got a email from Stardock sales confirming my serials, and I put them in, and I STILL cant dl the collecters edition patch. Grr, this is by far the hardest game Ive ever activated. Its telling me Im registered, then Im not, then I am, and so on. >.<

So, as I can see, Im able to dl the patch, since I registered, but why wont it accept my serial?

?????? Which link are you referring too? Because the downloadable collector edition contents is in the latest patch. And the stand alone patch correspond to an older version than the version patched by SDC ....

The only additional CE content not already included in GC2 Gold is a desktop theme (The CE ship design parts are included in GC2 Gold). In order to access it you would need a CE serial from the Collector's Edition of DL; a GC2 Gold serial won't work for that purpose.
