How do you know if you bought Dark Avatar or not?

I just tried to do the online download and ship me the cd....i was on the third payment screen where you put in your billing and shipping addresses as well as my credit card#. After I put all this in I clicked "Checkout" at the bottom, after waiting for 15min and nothing happening(a highly unusual amount of time as I have roadrunner) I clicked the button again....once again nothing happened....so then there was a link on the page where it said it could resend my serial #s if I put in my email address, I clicked it and it took me there immediatley. I put in my email address and it said my codes should be here in under an hour. Its been over an hour. So from this site I clicked the My account option and signed in to my stardock account from there. The only REGISTERED items in there were my stardock central account and my origional dreadlords game.....I never saw the serial #s that I bought from dark avatar or at least think i bought so i could never register them so they might not be there am I right? Sooooo how do I find out if I bought it....got charged twice(since I clicked it twice).....or what happened? btw I did send an email to [email protected] asking about this but I want to know if there is away I could find out faster. Yeah I'd like to know as well. I just bought the digital download for Dark Avatar not to long ago myself. The order e-mail I got didn't have a serial number in it. Uh WTF? I doubt I'd get a response from the sales department today... what a bummer. I was looking forward to playing it this Sunday evening. I'm kind of sad and pissed at the same time. I won't have enough time for the game until next weekend. Ugh.

Same here! but i know i got charged and didnt even GET an email.....yah it seriously sucks b/c i wanted to play it tonight too instead of waiting ALL WEEK till next weekendX(

Everyone, please contact [email protected] to confirm the status of your orders and make sure you haven't accidentally ordered multiple times. They should be able to sort things for you when they return to work tomorrow.
