can't drag things to recycle bin docklet when "Lock Dragging" is enabled ?

hi, as the title says, im having problems dragging things to the recyclebin when the "Lock Dragging" is enabled ? is there a workaround (other that turning Lock Dragging off) or do any of you guys know of a recyclebin docklet that works ?
btw im using objectdock 1.9+ (registered version)
