LogonXP HELP!

I have installed logonXP, but it doesnt seem to work.
When i apply a logon skin with it, it says 'PArse error at line 14' or something like that a couple of times, and the logon screen doesnt change. The same old XP screen... its not with a particular screen, i have tried many, and all give errors.
Can somebody help please??
